The Company:
Our client are a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty trailers, for the construction and transport industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Fitter - most ideally with an automotive bias/background to join their team on site in Grantham.
The Role:
• Carry out regular maintenance, identifying faults and potential improvements
• Keep the fleet of vehicles roadworthy
• Servicing and repairs as necessary
• You will be required to inspect all vehicles and prepare them for an MOT test
Qualities Required For The Role:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Automotive industry – Mechanical Fitting
• Ability to identify damaged/worn parts and appropriately replace them with the right components
• Eager, motivated and happy to help with overtime
• Some training provided, to bring candidate in line with standard operating procedures
