Sub-Contractor Coordinator
Edinburgh City Centre
Full Time – 37 hours per week
Up to £24,000 p/a + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client to recruit a talented and experienced Sub-contractor Coordinator who will be responsible for the organisation and management of the company’s sub-contractor network, ensuring that the best possible service is delivered to the company’s end customers.

Duties involved in this role will include:
• Acting as first point of contact and liaison with the company’s supply chain via telephone, email and correspondence
• Allocating work to the subcontractor network, ensuring that work is completed in line with SLA’s and to set requirements, whilst providing the best possible service
• Taking ownership of issues and ensuring that work is followed through to completion, chasing when necessary
• Monitoring the progress of allocated works via the company’s bespoke IT systems
• Supporting with the delivery of KPI’s across your designated area
• Attend monthly review meetings with both sub-contractors and senior management
• Ensure that accurate notes are kept on all cases on the company’s internal systems
• Other ad hoc administrative duties may be required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
• Extensive prior experience in a coordination administration role is required
• Full UK driving license as there may be a requirement to travel across Scotland for meetings
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of business effectively
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
• Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office (notably Excel)
• Experience in PowerBI is preferred but not essential
• Sub-contractor management experience is desirable but not required
