Regional Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operators on behalf of our client based in Desborough. This is a rewarding role within a reputable packaging company with over 60 years in the business with a path to progression with the right candidate. Our client is a privately owned polythene manufacturer supplying a diverse range of industries.
Requirements
•Ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative
•Keen to learn
•Good communication skills
•Previous experience operating machines or working within production environment
•Keeping your work area clean
•Good eye for detail
•Able to perform manual handling (lifting up to 25kg)
•Health and Safety Awareness
As a Machine Operator you will be required to operate machines safely and keeping your work area tidy as well as loading material into the machine when required. Training will be provided, team leaders will be working closely with you to teach you the processes and how to operate different machines.
Due to location own transport is beneficial. Good attendance and work ethic will be notice and rewarded, progression plans for the right candidates. Basic Maths and English test will be part of induction.
