Responsibilities: 

1. Conducting routine inspections of building fabrics to identify wear and tear, defects, and areas in need of repair.
2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building fabric components such as walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors.
3. Executing repairs, refurbishments, and replacements of fabric elements to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic standards are met.
4. Collaborating with other engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate tasks and address building fabric-related concerns.
5. Utilising your expertise to provide technical advice and recommendations to improve fabric maintenance strategies.
6. Documenting maintenance activities, completing work orders, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and replacements.
7. Upholding safety protocols and adhering to industry regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
8. Contributing to the development and implementation of sustainable fabric maintenance practices.

Requirements: 

1. A relevant technical qualification in engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in fabric maintenance within building services, including repair and replacement of building fabric components.
