3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Microsoft – Plymouth

Acronyms are working in partnership with Crimson to source highly skilled IT professionals to support their new and existing client base. We are currently a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to be based in Plymouth to join their ‘family feel’ team. You will be working in a 3rd line capacity, solving technical problems, providing solution design and installation deployment. You will be supporting a variety of external clients and maintaining their operating environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with 3rd Line technical assistance
- Assist and support 1st and 2nd Line engineers
- Designing and installing IT solutions for new and existing clients
- Auditing systems and networks to identify future opportunities
- Researching and deploying infrastructure improvements
Key Skills
- Experience of working within a 3rd Line support position
- Experience of working to SLA’s
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Microsoft Server 2012/R2/2016
- Windows 7/8/10
- Microsoft Azure
- Office 365
- Virtualisation technologies
- Network troubleshooting
- Clear written and verbal communication.
