Technical Lead – CAFM – Manchester
CAFM / Computer Aided Facilities Management / Concept Evolution / SQL / Technical / Database
Technical Lead required for a leading international organisation based in Manchester, where you will be responsible for the smooth operation, availability and continuous improvement of the CAFM system which is used for contract and resource management, amongst other tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting and configuring the Concept Evolution CAFM system or other similar CAFM systems including technical database/SQL level experience.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Issue diagnosis and triage of support issues within the business, including database and SQL level analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and ownership to projects and initiatives that affect the CAFM application including suggesting best practice of solution design, delivering code changes, testing, data governance and handover the business as usual processes.
- User maintenance and administration including strict access controls and processes for new starters and leavers.
- Ownership, maintenance and control over CAFM Configuration including Documentation, User Access Controls and Role Catalogue.
- Maintenance of end to end process documentation in conference with business process owners.
Key Skills of the role
- Experience of supporting and configuring the Concept Evolution CAFM system or other similar CAFM systems including technical database/SQL level experience.
- Experience of providing configuration and support within a CAFM application suite – ideally Concept Evolution (preferred).
- Experience working in a mixture of project and BAU environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Self-motivated and ability to think logically and systematically.
- High level of technical knowledge of business systems.

Our client is offering up to £45,000 per annum, plus car allowance.
