What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead a diverse transformation portfolio spanning people, processes, and digital capability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the selection of a new digital partner and defining the future operating model.
  • Delivering against strategic priorities including financial efficiency
  • Engaging with stakeholders across all levels—from the frontline to the boardroom—to build momentum and support for change.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong track record in leading large-scale, complex change programmes.
  • A strategic mindset—able to connect long-term goals with practical delivery.
  • Strong credibility at senior leadership and board level, with excellent influencing skills.
  • Proven credibility at senior leadership and board level, with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can articulate the purpose of change and inspire engagement.
  • Experience in regulated or asset-intensive sectors (e.g., utilities, infrastructure, energy) is beneficial but not essential.
