Salary: Competitive

Hours:  Monday –Friday 9am-5pm

Job Description:

Our client is prominent within the medical design and manufacturing sector. They want you to join their company as a Quality engineer, where you will be responsible for the implementation and development of standards along with analysing quality performance.  With their future product plans this role would give experience like no other.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards including the monitoring and analysis of quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with the Production manager’s and Production supervision to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Audit manufacturing processes within the company.
  • Assist in maintaining skills and training within the production facility.

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • A Quality affiliated certification would be advantageous.
  • Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards
  • Good MS excel skills
