Quality Compliance Manager
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Compliance Manager to join an excellent manufacturer in the Gloucester area.
With no day ever being the same the Quality Compliance Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop quality management systems against ISO 9001 / AS9100 and customer specifications.
- Incorporate environment and health and safety policies and procedures alongside the sustainability teams.
- Develop company wide quality processes and policies.
- Plan and conduct Auits both internal and external audits, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects, promoting a positive culture around quality and deliver training.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Qualified within Engineering and or Quality eg. Degree
- Track record of developing Quality Management Systems including ISO and AS.
- Lean Six Sigma
- Failure Mode and Effective Analysis experience
Package and Benefits:
- Up to £70,000 Dependent on Experience
