A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliable Engineering Manager to join a renowned manufacturer in the Lift area.
With no day ever being the same the Reliability Engineering Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create a reliability centred maintenance plan and roll this out into day based labour plan
- Responsible for budget control within engineering reliability department
- Develop condition based monitoring systems
- Drive cost control and sustainability actions through the engineering department
- Identify issues with machine reliability and create continuous improvement project plans in order to resolve these difficulties moving forward
- Support future CAPEX plan development through CMMS data analysis
- Manage department and individual KPIs, conducting performance reviews where necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Extensive man management experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience with FMCG industry
- Project and continuous improvement experience
- Experience with condition monitor, efficiencies and compliance
