We are hiring for a Telesales Agent that has experience in a sales environment in Leicester. This is a leading financial service and claims management establishment where you will be advising clients on claims processes.
Duties of a Telesales Agent
In this role you will be working in the Sales department to contact and speak to potential clients for the business. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting given targets
- Record detailed transcripts
- Ensuring all client details are accurate and up to date
- Providing assistance to other members of the team
- Basic admin tasks
Skills and experience of a Telesales Agent:
As a Telesales Agent you need have experience with:
- Data entry
- Advising and speaking with clients via telephone
- Outbound cold calling
It would be beneficial to the Telesales Agent role if you also had:
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Experience with sales
- Experience in achieving KPIs
