HoReCa Sales Manager (Premium) (A015417) Hong Kong
Our client is a global premium consumer brand. They are now looking for a sales manager for their Horeca channel. Objective of this sales manager is to further develop and implement the strategy and drive the brand business results and image through field sales management.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute the channel strategy for the segment, whilst leveraging data and recommendations provided by data insight team
- Drive sales for the segment whilst delivering a best-in-class custumer and consumer experience which in line with Consumer Experience strategy
- Build the appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force accordingly
- Drive brand awareness and visibility within the segment in line with Consumer Experience strategy
- Drive lead generation, for example by being visible on relevant fairs and events
- Manage and activate new and existing customer base in the segment
- Identifying growth opportunities by understanding the end-consumer and customer needs in the segment
- Explore opportunities to expand customer base for the segment
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles
- Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team
