Regional Senior Brand Manager (FMCG, 897K) (A022009) Hong Kong
Our client is a global leading provider of healthy products. They are now looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager to join the team.

- Adapt global marketing initiaties to fit for region's needs and consumer insight
- Develop long and short term marketing strategy for brands

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand and communications framework by applying global strategy and activities into the cluster based on consumer insights to ensure outstanding implementation across the local market
- Collect and analyze consumer and brand data to support creation and development of cluster brand marketing plan and activity calendar
- Analyze and review brands performance to recommend revisions to strategy and plans as required
- Connect with cross functional teams to support creation of an integrated business plan that ensures synergy of key brand initiative in the region
- Recommend 3 year innovation strategy by leveraging synergy of the cluster with roll-out plan into each market
- Recommend product architecture & pricing strategy
- Be a bridge between local market and to goice out influence
- Work with Category Leaderhsip team for ongoing portfolio efficiency
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications related department
- High english proficiency in written and oral
- At least 10 years of working experiences in marketing related field (FMCG preferred; regional collaboration experience preferred)
- Agency management skill (advertising/ media/ digital/ research)
