- With business expansion in Macau, they are now inviting a high caliber individual to join their HK & Macau team as the Senior/ HR Officer.
- Provide comprehensive HR services on talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, employee compensation and benefits as well as the support on staff relations and development cross Hong Kong & Macau
- To work closely with hiring managers and conduct interviews to ensure timely and suitable placement of talents through effective means
- Manage monthly payroll and benefit administration
- To compile manpower statistical reports such as headcount monitoring and market salary survey for management review
- To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required
- Over 3 years relevant experience in the HR field
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
