We have partnered with an award-winning, global insurance company to recruit an energetic and passionate Training Specialist.

This is a hybrid role based close to the CBD and easily accessible via public transport with flexibility to work from home.

The Opportunity

You will join a supportive and growing team within the Training function, delivering structured programs across:

• New recruit contact centre intakes

• Policy Services teams

• Claims technology teams 

• Ongoing upskilling and refresher programs

• System and process upgrades, including a core platform enhancement

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end induction training for new hires

• Deliver structured technical training in policy services and insurance processes

• Develop and update training materials, documentation and facilitator guides

• Maintain and improve the knowledge management system

• Conduct refresher sessions and targeted capability uplift programs

• Support training initiatives related to system upgrades and technology enhancements

• Partner closely with Team Leaders

• Transition new starters into operational teams following training completion

About You

We are looking for a strong, confident facilitator who can quickly learn and effectively teach insurance products.

You may bring:

• Experience in Motor or General Insurance (highly regarded)

• Exposure to policy services or claims environments

• Guidewire experience (a strong advantage, though not essential)

• Experience writing training materials and delivering structured programs

• The ability to engage mixed-experience groups in a professional corporate setting

• Confidence running face-to-face training programs

• A positive, down-to-earth attitude with strong communication skills

Insurance experience is highly valued, however strong trainers from adjacent industries (e.g., health insurance or financial services) will also be considered. Possibility of immediate start!
