ABOUT THE ROLE

This short-term Finance Analyst contract will see you support the capital expenditure (capex) and fixed asset functions within the financial control team. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations to ensure policy compliance, accurate approvals, and timely financial reporting.

With support from the team, you'll step into a busy and evolving function that welcomes new ideas and enables hands-on involvement from day one.

DUTIES

• Support the end-to-end capital expenditure process

• Review submissions and ensure compliance with internal policy

• Maintain and manage the fixed asset register

• Assist with asset clearance and capital approval workflows

• Liaise with stakeholders 

• Ensure alignment with internal financial controls and documentation standards

• Adhoc finance and accounting responsibilities

• Use Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, and in-house systems 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1–3+ years’ experience in a financial/management accounting or capex analyst role

• CA/CPA or ACCA qualified

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets

• Excellent attention to detail and process orientation

• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager

• Available to start immediately
