Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time | In Office | Permanent | Inner East Suburbs

Our client, a well-established and high performing estate agency, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, organisation and bringing fresh ideas to life in a fast-paced property environment. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the agency’s marketing presence, property campaigns and day-to-day administration.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Creating engaging content for property campaigns, office marketing and brand promotion

• Filming and editing short-form videos, reels and property walkthroughs

• Coordinating and scheduling weekly social media content

• Preparing EDMs and newsletters

• Assisting with broader marketing administration and campaign coordination

• Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, on brand and delivered on time

• Supporting multiple stakeholders and sales teams with marketing initiatives

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and overall marketing strategy

About You

The successful candidate will be organised, creative and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and confidently manage multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in social media, marketing coordination or content creation

• Strong attention to detail

• Video filming and editing skills (highly regarded)

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The confidence to contribute ideas and implement improvements

• A positive personality

Real estate experience is not essential - attitude, initiative and attention to detail are the key priorities.
