Executive Assistant (0.8 FTE or Full-Time) 

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded client in the creative space to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Founder.

The opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of a complex and ever-changing calendar

• Coordinate local and international travel seamlessly

• Prepare presentations, documents and meeting materials

• Manage communication flow and inbox priorities

• Support broader studio operations and leadership activities

• Assist with personal scheduling to ensure balance and efficiency

• Contribute to a polished, professional front-of-house experience

About you

Experience within a creative, design or studio environment would be highly regarded, though not essential.
