Office Manager (Hybrid – 4 Days per Week)
Salary: $80,000 (pro rata) + super
Start: ASAP - looking for immediately available candidates. Initial 3 months will be on a temp basis.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Office Manager specialising in Administation, Bookkeeping and Personal Assistant duties.
This is a hands-on, varied position in a small, friendly and professional office where your contribution will make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee general office administration
- Support the Managing Director with business-related PA tasks
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations
- Process payroll, super, payroll tax, IAS/BAS, and end-of-year reporting
About You
You’re an organised, dependable all-rounder who enjoys autonomy and variety in your work. You’ll bring initiative, attention to detail and the confidence to manage both admin and finance tasks independently.
To be successful, you’ll have:

Solid bookkeeping experience (including Xero)
- Experience in PA or Office Management and Administration positions

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Experience preparing IAS/BAS, payroll and superannuation

Great organisational and communication skills

A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

Basic IT proficiency
Experience in a small business or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
