ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are partnering with a leading ASX Listed Australian Property & Real Estate company to find a Finance Business Partner for a 6 month Fixed-term Contract. The chosen candidate will be critical in providing financial insights and strategic support to key business units, whilst supporting the operational and corporate finance functions in a highly visible position partnering with senior leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Month-end processes, budgeting, business partnering, and operational finance support
• Partner closely with Heads of Operations and Lifestyle Managers to drive business performance
• Assist with annual reporting, corporate reporting, and tax obligations (critical period in July)
• Provide strategic and commercial insights to stakeholders across the business
• Manage financial systems and processes using SAP, Concur, Salesforce, and RMS
• Support infrastructure projects and assist with financial diligence for new village developments
• Lead, mentor, and manage two direct reports ensuring operational excellence
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to drive decision-making

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Immediately available
• Strong understanding of Australian Tax standards
• CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial acumen and proven experience partnering with operational teams
• Experience working in an ASX-listed business highly desirable
• Proficiency in SAP ERP System desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Experience managing direct reports
