Executive Assistant – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Northern Suburbs (On-site)
A long-established Australian business operating is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a 12-month period. The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led products and maintaining long-standing partnerships across retail and distribution channels.
The Opportunity
This role provides high-level support to two senior executives, ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules, communication and day-to-day operations. You will act as a key point of organisation and alignment, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
The position requires strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and events

Coordinate and prioritise shifting demands efficiently

Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials

Maintain structured access to senior leadership

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Provide support with ad hoc and occasional personal tasks

Produce regular reporting (weekly, monthly, annual)

Oversee corporate event ticket allocation and tracking
Communication Management

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence

Manage inbox communications and respond as appropriate

Facilitate communication between executives and internal stakeholders
Travel Coordination

Arrange domestic and international travel

Prepare detailed itineraries and manage changes

Complete travel documentation, diaries, and reconciliations
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a professional, adaptable approach and the ability to operate with autonomy.
Your experience includes:

5+ years supporting senior executives in a corporate environment

Managing highly confidential information

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM experience advantageous)
- Pronto experience desired
