My client is seeking an energetic individual to join their Reservations Team. This role demands exceptional customer service, administrative skills, and telephone communication. You will be the key source of information on the club's facilities, engaging with members and guests via phone, email, and in person. As part of the lively reservations department, you will manage daily tasks and ensure smooth operations. Full, bespoke training is provided. A valid driving licence is essential due to the remote location, adding adventure to this exciting role.

• Mon – Fri (40 hours)
• 1 weekend working in 4

Main duties include:
• Manage communication with members and guests via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain and update member reservation databases daily
• Complete daily filing tasks promptly
• Provide comprehensive reservation assistance and promote Club amenities
• Review and coordinate upcoming reservations
• Efficiently handle email correspondence and manage various inboxes
• Clearly communicate company initiatives and values
The ideal candidate:
• Is an experienced administrator
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is capable of organising and prioritising personal workload
• Has excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages
