About the opportunity

In this newly created role, this National Account Manager opportunity is a senior strategic role where you will be managing market leading Molecular Diagnostics products, Australia wide, focusing on top important accounts.

Duties:

  • Effectively manage the key accounts nationally to achieve set annual set targets
  • Drive and initiate business development opportunities
  • Address customer enquiries, and provide competitor arguments, and discuss supporting literature
  • Engage with customers and KOLs, presenting the necessary information to enable customers and referrers to make informed decisions
  • Working closely with internal sales stakeholders to ensure objectives are aligned
  • Attend tradeshow exhibits at national and regional conferences, as needed, while managing the territory in an efficient and responsible manner

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications (ideally a Science Degree)
  • Molecular Diagnostics/ Genetics experience
  • Proven track record of territory sales and account management experience
  • Able to travel and cover Australia effectively
  • Can be based in either NSW or VIC
