This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing Concrete Construction business that operates across residential and commercial projects throughout Melbourne.

Due to continued growth and multiple active projects, this company now requires an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage various construction sites and crews.

This is not a standard supervisor role. The successful candidate will act as the operational leader across all active projects and work directly with the Director to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your role will involve managing leading hands, site crews and subcontractors while ensuring timelines, labour productivity, safety and quality standards are maintained across all projects.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Background in concrete construction
• Site Supervisor experience ideal
• Experience managing multiple sites and crews
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of WHS requirements
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and labour
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence

Your responsibilities will include overseeing all active job sites, monitoring project progress, coordinating labour and materials, enforcing quality and safety standards, and reporting directly to the Director.

This is a long-term permanent position offering an excellent salary package plus performance-based incentives.
