This is a great opportunity to join a leading national company in the sales and service of industrial machinery. We’re looking for a trade-qualified individual to assist with servicing and repair of conventional machines and equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and sheet metal machinery, for a well-established national company.

This is an outstanding chance to become part of a successful business that supplies, installs, and maintains a wide range of conventional and CNC machine tools.

This role would suit a fitter machinist, or sheet metal tradesperson with the ability to service and support industrial machinery. You will work mostly on-site, visiting customers to assist with setup, calibration, machine checks, and general maintenance.

Ideal for a tradesperson looking for a career change and a long-term future with a company that’s willing to provide training and support for the right candidate.

The main office and workshop are based in the Parramatta area, though travel will be required to visit client sites across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised trade qualification (fitting & machining, sheet metal, CNC, etc.)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels
• Experience servicing mechanical capital equipment is highly regarded
