RA are partnering with a specialist supplier to the advanced manufacturing sector, offering a premium range of solutions across CNC machining, automation and precision engineering applications.

Their clients sit at the top end of industry, including aerospace, defence, rail, medical and specialist engineering.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on a Technical Sales Engineer to cover the QLD region.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical sales role.

You’ll be working directly with high-end engineering businesses, understanding their processes and providing solutions that genuinely improve performance and capability.

• Face-to-face client visits across Brisbane and surrounds
• Building relationships with existing and new customers
• Advising on a premium, technical product range
• Managing your own territory and pipeline
• Occasional interstate travel

You’ll be supported by a highly experienced technical team and ongoing product training.

Who This Suits

This role is ideal for:

CNC Machinists / Programmers

Looking to get off the tools and into a more commercial, customer-facing role

OR

Experienced Technical Sales Engineers

With a strong understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes

What You’ll Need

• Engineering or trade background
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining / manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Sales experience is a bonus — not essential for the right technical person
