Great opportunity to join a successful sheet metal business in the eastern suburbs. This well-established Australian company manufactures and distributes vehicle accessories. As part of their ongoing expansion, we are seeking multiple experienced Production Welders to join their production team.

This new position will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled.

As a Team player In the welding team, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality vehicle components such as body and and underbody components, using MIG, and Pulse welding techniques, in a production manufacturing environment.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Mig welding experience
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Background in a similar role within a Sheet metal Shop
• Be versatile to undertake various tasks in a day

Excellent conditions and an excellent pay rate is on offer for the successful applicant. You will be working as a casual employee. $35 to $40 per hour.
