Great opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the Northern suburbs, this well-established company has strong stable history in doing work for the Rail industry such as Jobbing and requires a skilled Welder / Boilermaker.

This is a new position that will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) being responsible for Welding Procedures and having the ability to move around from job to job. Ideally you will need to have experience with Mmaw, Gmaw, and Gtaw.

Experience welding Mild/Steel, Stainless and some Aluminium will also be desirable.
