This SDA Vacancy and Occupancy Coordinator is vital in managing SDA tenancy intake and coordination, and the end-to-end process.

You will work closely with prospective tenants, support coordinators, social workers, and internal stakeholders to identify suitable SDA candidates, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure high levels of customer service and compliance throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

This dynamic, people-focused role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving housing outcomes for people with disabilities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualifications suited to this position
  • Understanding of NDIS, social housing, or community services sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and Adobe

Highly Regarded

  • Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in the disability or community housing sector
  • Understanding of tenancy law and housing compliance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
