As a SDA & SIL Sourcing Occupants Manager your focuses will be on finding suitable occupants / prospective tenants for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties, managing the end-to-end tenancy process, and ensuring a positive living experience for residents.
This role will involve working with various stakeholders like prospective tenants, support coordinators, social workers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions into SDA and SIL accommodations.
Please note: all these properties are owned and operated by the owner and are specially designed for SDA & SIL, and they are all new properties.
This dynamic, people-focused role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving housing outcomes for people with disabilities. Plus have an excellent understanding of the NDIS.

Occupancy Management:Overseeing the intake and coordination of clients for SDA and SIL tenancies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Stakeholder Engagement:Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants, support coordinators, social workers, and internal teams.

Compliance and Reporting:Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and managing relevant documentation and reporting.

Property Management:May include aspects of property management, such as coordinating maintenance and ensuring the property remains fit for purpose.

Client Support:Providing ongoing support to residents and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their tenancy.

Service Improvement:Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall service experience for residents.
