Manage the final stages of a boutique apartment development.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the completion of a 15-apartment development. This role focuses on managing the final stages of construction, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the specified standards.
• Maintain strong quality control across all finishing works
• Oversee defect rectification and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Organise and schedule trades, tasks, and materials as required
• Ensure all final compliance and handover requirements are met

About You

• Solid experience in construction supervision, finishing management, or project management roles
• Strong leadership and people management skills – confident in dealing with trades and ensuring accountability
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on timelines and quality
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

Contract Details

• Approx. 3-month contract to oversee completion of a 15-apartment project
• Competitive daily/weekly rate available
• Immediate start
