We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to represent this exceptional brand and support customers in the precision manufacturing and CNC machining sectors.

This role offers a fantastic career pathway — ideal for an experienced CNC Machinist or Applications Engineer ready to step into technical sales, or a Sales Professional with CNC industry knowledge looking to join a major international group.

The Role

• Work closely with a highly experienced CNC Sales Engineer as you develop your technical sales expertise
• Visit existing and prospective customers across Melbourne and regional areas
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable CNC machining solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals
• Support demonstrations, installations, and client training where needed
• Build long-term customer partnerships that lead to ongoing business growth

About You

• CNC machining or understanding of cnc machines (essential)
• Trade or engineering qualifications a must have.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a technical sales role
