This is a great opportunity to join a leading International company based in the Parramatta area that manufactures high-end machinery in Germany and Japan. They have nearly 7000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for an all-rounder that can do admin work and at times reception plus act as an Assistant to the service manager. This is a great role offering plenty variety. Your main focus will be assisting in the spare parts area of business.

This will involve organising delivery of parts plus handling invoicing. You may at times also get involved in the following; coordinating meetings, internal communication, assist in planning, organising, and coordination of exhibitions, open houses, and seminars in close coordination with central the marketing team in Europe & Japan.

The role may involve some interstate and overseas travel.

You will need the following:

• Tertiary qualifications a must.
• Administration experience.
• Spare parts exp ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent personal presentation
• Excellent computer skills.
• Extensive experience in using MS office.

A salary of between 70k to 80k plus super.
