Bookkeeper – Manufacturing Industry

3 Days Per Week | Approximently 4-Month Term | Office-Based Role Only

Location: Croydon area

Recruit Australia is proudly partnering with a well-established manufacturing business that requires an experienced Bookkeeper for approximently 3 to 4-month casual position. This hands-on position will support the day-to-day financial operations using Sybiz Vision ERP and HR3 for payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete BAS preparation and lodgement
• Manage payroll and maintain employee records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial data using Readytech

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Bookkeeping qualifications
• Bookkeeping exp with Australian business.
• BAS exp
• Payroll exp
• Sybiz Vision ERP or similar experience.
• HR3 exp ideal or similar
• Excellent people skills
• Previous experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Must be available onsite only – this is not a remote role

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Bookkeeper seeking flexibility (3 days per week) while contributing to a professional and friendly team environment.
