RA are working with a well-established and growing manufacturer in Melbourne’s North-West, operating out of modern facilities in the Keilor East area.

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Router Operator who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality components.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating MultiCam CNC router machines
• Setting up jobs and making adjustments where required
• Working from drawings and specifications
• Producing custom and small batch components
• Ensuring quality and accuracy of finished products

This is varied work, not repetitive production line machining.

What’s On Offer

• Up to $50ph (depending on experience)
• Day shift hours
• Early finish Fridays
• Work across modern, well-equipped facilities
• Stable, long-term opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating CNC routers (MultiCam preferred)
• Ability to set and run jobs
• Good attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Background in timber, plastics or composite materials (advantage)
