• Machinery Spare Parts Interpreting
• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. 
• Based in Parramatta

Conveniently based in Parramatta, we are looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team responsible for maintaining and repairing customer’s machine tools.

You will be doing the following:

• Assisting customers, sales staff, and workshop/technicians with spare parts determination.
• General administration and housekeeping of spare parts.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
• Respond to web sales enquiries for parts, service & warranty.
• Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits.
• Maintenance of sales & work orders.

You will need the following:

• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.                                      
• Experience in customer service and warranties.
• Spare parts quoting
• Extensive experience in using MS office.                                              
• Understanding of warehousing and stock control
• Be versatile and enjoy variety
• Good phone skills and all-round Customer service skills.

A salary (NEGOTIABLE) will be on offer and a long-term career. Passing a medical and police check will be mandatory.
