Excellent opportunity to join Machine Technology, a highly respected and innovative engineering and manufacturing business based in the Kogarah area.

This successful Australian company specialises in precision engineering, CNC machining, fabrication, laser cutting, machine building and advanced manufacturing solutions. They have built an excellent reputation for quality and are looking to invest in the next generation of engineering talent.

They are seeking a recently qualified Mechanical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer who is looking to develop hands-on engineering skills and build a long-term career within advanced manufacturing.

• Continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency

This is a rare opportunity for a graduate engineer to develop practical workshop and manufacturing skills while building a strong foundation in engineering, design and production.

The company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic engineer who wants to learn, develop new skills and grow with the business long term.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering qualifications
  • Recently graduated or graduating soon
  • Strong interest in manufacturing and engineering
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes
  • CAD experience ideal
  • Good communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to work within a workshop environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team

This is a permanent full-time position offering excellent training, mentoring and long-term career development within a modern advanced manufacturing business.

The successful candidate will receive exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and have the opportunity to develop into a highly skilled manufacturing engineer.
