Great opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the Braeside suburbs, this well-established company has strong stable history in Aerospace & Engineering industries. They design & manufacture components and tooling, and have a high end CNC Machine shop.

We are needing an Operations Support Officer / Order and Manufacturing Coordinator. You will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry, generating job travellers, quality documentation, and updating pricing for existing work.

Your role will involve close collaboration with the sales, quality and production teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and projects are completed on schedule.

A key measure of your success will be maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating seamless communication of customer information, and optimising this flow to benefit both the customer and the business. Adherence to the companies AS9100 Quality Management System and OH&S standards is essential in this role.

• Data Entry & Documentation
• Collaboration with Other Departments

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Engineering qualifications ideal.
• Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with M1 software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
