This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and growing business specialising in truck body/ tanker manufacturing and engineering.

Based in the Sunshine West area, they supply various industries around Australia and have established themselves as a highly regarded company.

They need a Fabrication Trade Assistant / TA / Labourer to assist the tanker metal shop fabrication team, including but not limited to measuring and cutting material, general assembly work, operation of various machines, some mig welding, general yard duties and housekeeping.

You may also get involved in some general fabrication work. This is an exciting role for someone who has a can-do attitude, is good with their hands and wants to learn.

The ideal person must have:

• Metal shop machine operating experience
• Factory TA or Labouring 
• Keen to learn with a can do attitude
• Opportunity to progress to learn tank wrapping
• Flexibility in working in various positions
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent mechanical skills

Permanent fulltime role in a company with long term staff. Wage pending on skills + Super and a long term career.
