Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Working

Salary - £50,000 - £67,000

Location – UK, remote working

I am currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a quickly growing property company. The company offer a fantastic working environment along with great career progression prospects.  You will build, recruit, and manage the marketing team on a day-to-day basis to drive results & improve KPIs, including cost per lead, ROI, and conversion rates.

Duties as a Digital Marketing Manager will include:

• The key to this role's success is excellent time management skills, planning skills and multitasking ability. It may suit someone from a marketing agency background or someone who has previously worked for a group of companies, where time has had to be split between several projects simultaneously.
• Handling 7 figure budgets and pressure of generating 1000s of leads a month.
• ROI improvements, cost reduction, campaign growth, improving other KPIs.
• Experience with Business to Customer lead generation.
• Build and maintain a content calendar, publishing social media posts, pr and email newsletters, and case studies to support the brand's growth target.
• Understand and help in creating substantial ad copies, landing pages and other digital optimisation strategies and provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Combine qualitative data such as customer feedback with quantitative data to gain deeper insights.
• Read & analyse large data sets to bring meaningful conclusions to optimise further and continuously monitoring and developing the customer experience across the group both online through the websites or printed media.
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking and other paid search initiatives.
• Improve key SEO metrics and increase inbound leads from search engines and recruit relevant SEO professionals.
• Manage email marketing funnels for products/websites.
• First-hand experience & in-depth knowledge in Paid Search, PPC, Facebook Advertising, Email marketing, Other Online or offline Marketing Channels
