Our client is a leading British manufacturer and distributor of high-quality pipe fittings. Located in near Acocks Green, the company is looking to recruit a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for contacting customers, building relationships, and selling the companies services.
Key tasks will cover:
- Receiving inbound calls from existing customers and providing quotations
- Creating up selling opportunities
- During quiet times make outbound calls to existing customer base to discuss their needs and offer promotions
- Chase quotations and enquiries
- To improve knowledge of product portfolio
- Always provide impeccable customer service
- Process orders from existing customer base
- Develop relationships with customers
- Answer customer queries via telephone & email
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday – 9 – 5
