Our client is a leading British manufacturer and distributor of high-quality pipe fittings.  Located in near Acocks Green, the company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for sales administration.

 

Key tasks will cover:

 

  • Answer the telephone, taking customer enquiries and transferring call to appropriate staff member
  • Review fax log throughout the day, ensuring that all correspondence is acted upon or forwarded to the relevant employee.
  • Enter/convert Sales order on the system relational database ensuring that all information corresponds with customers purchase order.
  • Email sales order acknowledgement to customers.
  • Ensure copy of customer order to the sales order on database
  • Progress all delivery queries from customers
  • Arrange shipping paperwork for same day orders and book transport.
  • Service customers PODs requested in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales team as and when required

 

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 9 – 5
