Resident Maintenance Team Leader

We require Resident Maintenance Team Leader to work in a fast-paced environment, working with high-speed automated machinery, equipment, and robotic systems. In your role as a Resident Maintenance Team Leader, manage and lead a team of multidiscipline engineers, delivering all aspects of the engineering service within KPI guidelines.

The position of Resident Maintenance Team Leader will include:

• To manage and lead a team of multidiscipline engineers, delivering all aspects of the engineering service within KPI guidelines.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to a satisfactory level as per the Service Level Agreement for the customer
• Experience in PLC systems (S5, S7, safety PLCs)
• Experience working on automation including pallet stacker cranes, pallet conveyor, light goods conveyor and monorail systems
• Experience of robotics
• Knowledge of software controlled logistic systems and understanding of daily operational problems in a logistics centre
• Good understanding of control systems and techniques

The suitable candidate for the Resident Maintenance Team Leader will need to possess the following experience:

• Apprentice trained electrical or mechanical engineer
• Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leaders role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with robotics, high speed machinery, and automated systems
• IOSH or equivalent
