We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic, dynamic Sales Estimator to support the sales team for a well-known sheet metal company in Coventry.

The role of Technical Sales Engineer will include, but not limited to:

• Prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts.
• Keep existing contracts up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with the client.
• Prepare detailed, well-written proposals for each client, adhering to client guidelines while offering competitive and comprehensive cost estimates, and including supplementary documentation.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients keeping a sales-minded attitude and seek out and build relationships with new clients.
• Work with contracts manager and design team to help with development, innovation, and creativity on client projects.
• Balance multiple proposals and estimations at once, ensuring each reaches the client by the deadline.
• Uses industry experience and knowledge to provide detailed estimates for client projects, including cost estimates, work time estimates, and overall customer satisfaction.

The suitable candidate for Sales Estimator will need to possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven sales estimation background from a fabrication/welding/sheet metal industry, with a hands-on approach.
• Strong Customer-Facing Skills
• Sales, Customer Service
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to Visit Client Sites
