As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, confidently understanding, and explaining products and systems to meet their requirements.
- You will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive product knowledge of all equipment, whilst evidencing your ability to retain this knowledge and delivering solutions to customers enquires.
- Assist customers with product range and systems.
- You will carry out detailed reviews of all technical documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external sales teams.
- Offer a professional approach to supporting customers.
Skills and experience
- Degree in Structural Engineering, relevant building degree or alternative relevant building qualification
- Experience using CAD and SAP.
- Excellent customer service skills
