The Role:
Working as part of the HR team, the key focus of the role will be to support the HR function in the delivery of a comprehensive administration service. This role supports management level staff and performs a variety of tasks, with the primary duty to collect and manage all data pertaining to employees, with some involvement in the recruiting, hiring, and inducting of new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact for all employees regarding administrative and HR support, responding to and managing their queries
- Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
- Supporting HR administration function including generating contracts of employment, preparing employee addendum letters, general employee correspondence letters and acting as a Note Taker
- Set up new employee records, self-service access, and maintain data and records
- Onboarding, Exit Interviews, Reference Checks
- Preparation of the weekly and monthly payroll files
- Monitor benefits & HR Comms email accounts
- Provide accurate reports for monthly meetings and track trends
- Pension administration
- Monitor Glassdoor and Indeed reviews
- Participating in adhoc HR project when required
Requirements:
- HR related Tertiary Qualification
- 2+ years HR experience
- CIPD Qualification highly advantageous
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Time management
- A positive attitude is a must
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Able to take direction and also work under own initiative
