Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, you'll support multiple client accounts by ensuring accurate financial records, account reconciliation, GST lodgements, and financial report generation. You'll work across cloud-based platforms like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, contributing to seamless transitions and client success.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2+ years of AU bookkeeping experience across a range of industries in an offshore support setup.
- Strong IT knowledge.
- Experience with cloud-based systems, especially Xero and Dext.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Punctual and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team.
- Motivation to learn and grow your knowledge and accounting skills.
Your Daily Tasks
- Prepare email queries and respond to client inquiries.
- Perform data entry, including uploading and processing accounts payable.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
- Conduct GST reconciliation and lodge Business Activity Statements.
- Prepare month-end accounts, including journals and workpapers.
- Provide team managers with reconciled financial statements and management reports.
- Handle various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support client needs.
