Commercial Property Solicitor – Cheltenham

We are recruiting for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join this excellent commercial property team based in Cheltenham. This firm are a long established local law firm who have some excellent commercial connections in the local area. This commercial property solicitor will have atleast 4 years’ PQE.

This commercial property team work on a range of commercial property work to include freehold sales and acquisitions, option agreements, deeds, leases, landlord and tenant, retail leases and portfolio work. You’ll be working with an excellent client base as this firm competes strongly with the larger firms in the region.

You will have atleast 4 years’ PQE in commercial property and be able to show that you are comfortable with managing your own caseload. You will also be encouraged to carry out business development – maintaining and growing your connections and contacts.
