Commercial Property Solicitor  – Bournemouth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial property team and lead the development of the firm’s offering in Bournemouth.

This is a key strategic hire for the firm, offering the chance to take ownership of the commercial property practice in a brand-new office location. You’ll be supported by a well-established wider property team and will play a central role in growing the firm’s presence in the Bournemouth market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A qualified solicitor with atleast 4 years’ PQE.
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
• A collaborative and proactive approach to team leadership
• The drive to build and grow a successful local practice
• You’ll manage your own caseload while also supporting and supervising junior lawyers as the team expands.

You’ll be encouraged to take an active role in networking and cross-discipline collaboration, helping to shape the firm’s growth strategy in the region.
