Commercial Property Solicitor – Exeter

Our client is a large Devon and Somerset law firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This commercial property team are busy and you can expect to get involved in a real range of commercial property work for a varied client base.

This Commercial Property Solicitor will be based in Exeter and will manage a broad caseload of landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions and development. You will be working on title reviews and reports on title, dealing with completion and post completion, amongst other things.

You must be a qualified solicitor and have around 3 years post qualifying experience from a reputable commercial property team.
